<UL>Connection plates are not automatically assumed to exist at cross frame 
  locations. If they are present, and meant to act as web stiffeners as well as 
  connection plates, they must be included when determining the list of 
  intermediate stiffener spacings (TSSP).<BR><BR></UL>
