I noticed some slight variance with span values of girders other than girder 1 from those generated by the parallel/concentric model in system projects and those generated by our in-house geometry generator. What might cause this?

Whenever there is a variation in horizontal curvature, i.e. a list of varying span 10th pt values are given for RAD-1 input, the program defaults to considering the transition to occur at halfway between the span tenth points when curve fitting to determine the span lengths.  However, you can control this to use the specific locations of the curvature transitions with CHGCURVE input.
