I cannot check a particular value with my own calculations.  How do I resolve the difference?

If you suspect a certain value in an MDX table to be incorrect you should email the single file in the project directory having the extension .MDX to support@mdxsoftware.com.  Do not send as a zip file as the .MDX file already is a compression of all files in the project. Do not rename the .mdx file before sending.<BR><BR>  

  In the email provide the following information: (1) girder (if a system project), (2) table, (3) location, (4) the value of concern, (5) a .pdf with value highlighted or a text file of your own calcs if applicable.

  Please confine a report to a single problem and describe the problem with a few well chosen sentences.  Use multiple emails for distinctly different problems.  MDX will attempt to reply within 5-10 business days.
