Purpose: Used to define slab haunches.

List of thicknesses by tenth point (inches or mm) of concrete filler between bottom of slab and top of top flange (also see HAUNCW).
The fillet can be included in section properties (see condition (INCLUDE SLAB FILLER IN SECTION PROPERTIES) (See HAUNCH if the top flange thickness varies) Either HAUNCH or FILLET can be given, but not both. When given, FILLET must be nonzero.
