Purpose: Used to define top flange splice locations.

A list of spacings (feet or meters) between top flange splices, beginning from the left bearing of the girder. The spacing from the last splice to the end support should not be given. (Also see BSPL )
No spacing should be given for the distance from the last splice to the right end support.
