Purpose: Used to define longitudinal web stiffeners.

A list of spacings (feet or meters) for partial bottom longitudinal web stiffeners, alternating between lengths of stiffener segments and spacing between segments. The first value in the list is the distance from the left bearing of the girder to the beginning of the first bottom stiffener segment. (Also see SPLLSW , SPLLST). BLONGSP and TLONGSP are used as an alternative to using LONGSP.
