Purpose: Used to define internal diaphragms at supports of box girders.

Top flange thickness on internal diaphragms at supports of box girder. Default: a thickness will be generated that satisfies the stress constraint. (Also see EDIABF , EDIATW) Can be given as a list of values for support locations. If a single value is given that value will be used at all supports.
