Purpose: Used to specify type of connection plates to which bracing is attached to the girder.

Checks category C' fatigue condition at inside of flange at governing brace location in LRFD projects, and Category C in ASD/LFD projects. This assumes the connection plate is welded to the tension flange. (Also see STFGAPCP.)
(Note: FULL DEPTH CONNECTION PLATES is the default case in LRFD projects.)
