Purpose: Used to select type of girder system analysis model in Girder System Projects. (Not applicable to Line Girder Projects.)

A three degree of freedom grid (or grillage) model is used for analysis (also see PLATE AND ECCENTRIC BEAM FINITE ELEMENT MODEL ). This model is used by default if neither the GRID MODEL nor the PLATE AND ECCENTRIC BEAM FINITE ELEMENT MODEL command is given.
