The equation (6.10.2.1.1-1) web slenderness limit in LRFD must be satisfied for compactness according to 6.10.6.2.2, Composite Sections in Positive Flexure. Using this condition will prevent the program from disqualifying compactness if it doesn't satisfy this limit. (However, it should be noted that not satisfying this limit is technically still a violation in LRFD, regardless of compactness; the program will flag this as a violation in the messages even though it will show output as if it were otherwise compact.)
(Note: This condition might only be useful in cases where this limit is only slightly exceeded and the LFD specification does indicate compactness.)
