Purpose: Substitutes the IL-120 Design Truck for the HL-93 Design Truck in LRFD projects.

The IL-120 axle loads and spacings are used instead of the HL-93 axle loads and spacings. HL-93 tandem truck loading is not changed. HL-93 lane loading is superimposed over the IL-120 loading. When this condition is used, the IL-120 truck is also used for the fatigue truck. Permit loading as an additional loading is not allowed when this condition is used.
