Purpose: Used to set the fatigue category at the end of a longitudinal stiffener in LRFD projects.

Specifies the radius (inches or mm) of the end of the longitudinal web stiffener which sets the fatigue category to B, C, or D depending on the radius at the edge. Default is category E.
