Indicates angle is oriented so that connections are made through the shorter of its two legs. Example of use:
DIAGONALS L5X3X.5 SHORT LEG CONNECTED FOR GROUP 2
LONG LEG CONNECTED is the default case if neither this or SHORT LEG CONNECTED is given.
