Purpose: Used to define sidewalk loading in Girder System Projects. (See SWLOAD for Line Girder Projects.)

Sidewalk loading (psf or MPa). The loading is applied as a line load (sidewalk width X SIDEWLD) at the center of the sidewalk width. Default is given by 3.14.1.1 (ASD, LFD), or 3.6.1.6 (LRFD). Also see SIDEWALK.
