Purpose: Used to modify live loading.

A multiplier used to modify a standard truck loading. For example, a TFACT of 1.2 would increase standard truck axle loads and associated lane loading by 20 percent for LFD or ASD. If, however, LFACT is also given for LFD or ASD, then TFACT will only modify the truck loading. Default value is 1.0. TFACT only modifies Design Truck if LRFD.
