A list of the number of wheel loads by tenth points of the girder for stress determination. If a partial list is given, the list will be padded with the last value in the list.
For example, if the girder spacing is 10 feet, then (for multiple lane loadings) the value for WHEELS would be s/5.5, according to AASHTO Table 3.23.1, where ‘s’ is the girder spacing. WHEELS is required data for ASD and LFD Line Girder Projects. Also see WHEELD , WHEELF , WHEELR.
