Purpose: Used to define longitudinal compression flange stiffeners on box girder.

Distance of centroid (inches or mm) of compression flange stiffeners from stiffener base. Can be given as a list, or a single value for all segments. Must be given if stiffeners are to contribute to section properties of the girder. (Also see XAS and XIS )
