The combination of selections of the three list boxes determines what
information is displayed below in the main viewing window.
The selection in the first box determines the available selections of the second
box, and the selection of the second box determines the available selections of
the third box.
In this case the Bottom Flange Overload Stress table from the Rating Output for
Girder 2 is displayed.
