Purpose: Used to define bolt holes at web splices.

Number of holes in lateral direction in each flange at web splices for determining amount of flange removal for fatigue stresses. Default is 2 holes. (Also see FBLTDIAM) FNHOLES is used as an alternative to using BFNHOLES and TFNHOLES.
