Purpose: Used to specify the load factor for construction tables.

Load factor applied to dead loading during construction. Applies to LFD and LRFD pouring tables and non-pouring constructibility table. Default is 1.3 for LFD and 1.25 for LRFD. If 2003 Curved Guide Specification is used for LFD the default is 1.4
