A list of 1’s or 2’s designating which lanes are loaded with (1) AASHTO standard trucks, trucks defined with AXLEP and AXLESP, or permit trucks defined with PRMITP and PRMITSP, and (2) which are loaded by a "truck" defined with TRAXP and TRAXSP, such as light rail loading. Multilane factors apply only to lanes designated with 1’s. Medians are counted as lanes.
