Lane load overlay (kips/ft or kN/m) to the permit vehicle if the condition OVERLAY PERMIT TRUCK WITH LANE LOADING is given. The footprint of the permit vehicle is excluded from the overlay. This factor can be given by span. If only one value is given that value is used for all spans.
