Purpose: Used to specify theta for shear adjustment due to skew
--> Given in LRFD girder input
A list of values in degrees, one for each reaction on girder. Default is 0 degrees. Used to apply shear adjustment in determining lane fractions. Always given as a positive angle, regardless of which way it is measured from the perpendicular to the girder cross section.
